Hi Everyone, I’m in the middle of one of those months. At the beginning of the year, the Universe made itself very clear: By March, I got impatient. ( In my defense, Reader… I do have bills to pay down here on Earth.) And now I’m in it. • Yoga Trapeze workshops this weekend. I love every part of what I do. I had every intention of taking this week off from writing. But Thursday’s Galileo class offered up something I didn’t want to sit on—a short, 13-minute chair sequence that brings ease and mobility back to the upper body in a very direct way. So I uploaded it to YouTube. If you feel like it, you too can start your morning with Dawn of the Head. Next Sunday, I’ll share more about the art project (it will be open to the public—May 2 in Berkeley), along with a bit more detail about the one-day Somatic Retreat in Carmel Valley on 04/25. In the meantime, I’m going to keep riding the wave I apparently asked for. Domini Anne P.S. But there’s a moment that happens in almost every system like this. Where the choreography starts to eclipse the...

And I suspect many of us have been thinking about it too — especially lately, as a lot of long-standing assumptions start...
For a while there it probably looked like I had vanished from your inbox. I promise I wasn’t hiding — Gmail just quietly decided my emails belonged in a different corner of the internet. (And if you feel like saying hello, hit reply and let me know how you’ve been. These are intense times, and I’d love to hear how you’ve been keeping yourself steady through it all.) Back in January I sent out a newsletter with one of my usual YouTube workout links and discovered the hard way that Gmail now...
